Why is my Wagner paint sprayer spitting paint?
Spray guns spit when air is being introduced into the fluid outside of at the air cap. A loose fluid nozzle does not properly seat in the tip of the spray gun and causes air to enter the fluid supply resulting in spitting.
Can I leave paint in my Wagner sprayer overnight?
Never leave it pressurised. But you can leave it overnight leaving the gun and intake tube in a bucket of water. Moving the airless a 3/4 inch cap nut fits the end of the intake tube and find those roller wet bags from d.d convenient to put over it so paint doesn’t go everywhere as I usually clean it at home.
